There used to be a product with this name but that has bitten the dust. If you want to include an area for people to chat, exchange information etc then PBwiki does have a built-in feature. Use the Insert Plugin item on the menu that appears when you Edit a page.

You'll get a window like this:

This is a bit clunky in my view and has been around since PBwiki's early days. It may suit someone, though.
