This software is one of my favourites if I don't have to include videos. You can find an example on how to integrate it into language teaching in my blog at http://creativenglishlab.blogspot.com/2009/07/hair-mind-map-vocabulary-builder-using.html. The example posted is a hair mind map I used with my students for the physical description.
