Build a web site simply using decent-looking templates at this little publicised free offering from Microsoft. At the time of writing they were even offering free domains too, and not just rubbish but whatever you wanted (subject to availability of course). I managed to get 1s6d.co.uk which reminds me of the days when money was more fun.
