This is Microsoft's interesting 3D image application. It is an application that needs to be downloaded so isn't really a 'web tool' but worth looking at. From a series of photographs of a scene the application will create a three-dimensional view which you can share with others. On screen you can move around a scene, move in and out as much as permitted by the images you include.

It is quite a remarkable bit of programming, detecting common features in each individual image and then stitching them together to create a kind of seamless stream.
